This training program is aimed at using psychodrama as a therapeutic tool and as a means to develop the personality of the individual.
The program has a duration of five years, spread over 12 weekends a year.
The backbone of training is the experiential process, through training seminars, but it also includes a theoretical approach to the method, through bibliographical references and project papers.
In the early years of training, emphasis is placed on familiarizing trainees with the methodology and philosophy of psychodrama, as well as on personal growth and development, which trainees are motivated and encouraged to seek both within and beyond the training program.
The next stage is the gradual practice of the method by the trainees themselves, first within the training group and then outside, directing their own groups under the supervision of an associate of the Center. Trainees also participate in training seminars delivered by partners of the Centre, professional psychodramatists active in the international psychodrama community.
Sofia Symeonidou, the Director of the Centre, professional psychodramatist – trainer, is in charge of the training program.

Psychodrama as a tool in group training, organisation and motivation.
Psychodrama as a tool in group organization and motivation involves training in active group coordination techniques, and the use of psychodrama as a technique for the empowerment andmotivation of various groups, other than therapy groups.
It is addressed to professionals from various disciplines, e.g. mental health, social sciences, teachers in various levels of education, theatre professionals, and professional group coordinators.
The programme has a duration of one year, spread over 12 weekends.
The training is largely experiential, although it also includes theoretical training in group management and coordination. Trainees come in contact with the action methods and the philosophy and methodology of psychodrama. The programme introduces the professionals to a valuable methodological instrument, which can enrich their knowledge and skills in relation to issues of group coordination and management they have to tackle in their professional practice,
